USG Corporation recently honored the winners of the 2012 President’s Club—USG’s elite group of top salespeople. More than 100 people gathered at the Waldorf Astoria in Chicago to celebrate the hard-earned accomplishments of 34 top-notch salespeople who have made exceptional contributions to the company’s growth and advancement.

Winners were selected based on the following criteria: proven success in the promotion and sales of new products, achieved and exceeded operational targets, successfully managed and grew customer relationships, and above all, demonstrated a personal commitment to excellence.

“We’re extremely proud of everyone selected to join this elite group,” said Chris Griffin, executive vice president of operations, USG Corporation and president, United States Gypsum Company. “Their dedication and achievements are a testament to the remarkable talent at USG and we look forward to continued success.”

The corporate-wide honor recognized salespeople across all USG operating companies, including USG Mexico, L&W Supply Corporation and CGC Inc. Each company president welcomed the new members, respectively; Chris Griffin, executive vice president of operations, USG Corporation and president, United States Gypsum Company; Brenden Deely, senior vice president, USG Corporation and president and CEO of L&W Supply Corporation; and Jennifer Scanlon, vice president, USG Corporation and president, International.
