Firestone Building Products Company LLC (Firestone), a leading manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive “Roots to Rooftops” product portfolio, announced that Brian O’Neil has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO).

A native of Massachusetts, O’Neil brings more than 26 years of operations experience to Firestone. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of operations at Ply Gem Holdings Inc., an exterior building products company in Cary, N.C., where he lead operations for 12 manufacturing plants. Throughout his career he has developed a track record of success, while holding various leadership roles at Marietta Corporation, Coty Incorporated and Procter & Gamble Co.

In addition, he gained valuable international experience in Germany directing an internal consulting group supporting the Gillette Global Technical and Manufacturing organization. O’Neil earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Boston College.
