The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) will hold its 61st Annual Meeting and Education Conference (AMEC), Aug. 17-20, in San Antonio, Texas at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. The NAWIC AMEC is made possible in large part to the generous support of NAWIC's sponsors. The Blue Ribbon AMEC sponsors this year are Exelon Corp. and UPS.
Exelon Corp. is the nation's leading competitive energy provider with 2015 revenues of approximately $34.5 billion. The Exelon family of companies participates in every stage of the energy business, from generation to competitive energy sales to transmission to delivery.

Headquartered in Atlanta, UPS serves more than 220 countries and territories worldwide.
"Having high-caliber sponsors participate in our Annual Meeting is an honor for our members. In addition, it is an affirmation of the relevance of NAWIC and its core purpose," said NAWIC President Riki F. Lovejoy, CBT, CIT. "These companies believe in and promote diversity within the industry and support the advancement of women in construction. NAWIC, along with our partners, continues to promote opportunities for women in the construction industry."
Other NAWIC AMEC sponsors include United Rentals at the Purple Ribbon level and Black and Veatch, Columbia Southern University, and ProCon Solutions at the Pink Ribbon level.
NAWIC's mission is to enhance the success of women in the construction industry. The NAWIC AMEC is a powerful tool in accomplishing that goal.
