UA Builders Group, a privately held national construction firm headquartered in NYC, announced it is developing a new residential ground-up project at 764 E. 152nd St. in the Bronx for Propco Holdings, a leading real estate ownership, management and development firm. The project continues the ongoing collaboration between UA Builders Group, Propco Holdings, and Badaly & Badaly Architects, and follows recently announced Bronx-located projects at 915 Dawson St. and 2061-65 Ryer Avenue.

The proposed building features 24 one-bedroom apartments, and includes amenities such as on-site parking and a recreation area. It offers commuters close access to the Bruckner Expressway (I-278) and provides residents with recreational opportunities at the nearby St. Mary's Park located in the distinctive Mott Haven neighborhood.

"We're thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of another project with Propco Holdings and Badaly & Badaly Architects as we begin work on a modern and functional residential space in the Bronx," said Albert Gjonbalaj, CEO of UA Builders Group. "The project will be another showcase for our integrated project delivery approach, which involves managing every stage of a project from conception to finished construction." UA Builders Group embraces state-of-the-art technology to provide clients with increased efficiency in the design, build, and ultimate operation of each project.
