Brad Knolle has been promoted to executive vice president of development for Embrey Partners, where he is responsible for deal sourcing opportunities in the Tennessee and Florida markets, as well as managing the entitlement process, design phase of development and implementation of the business plan for multiple multifamily projects.

"This is a well-deserved promotion for Brad," said Trey Embrey, CEO of Embrey Partners. "Over the past five years, he has gained invaluable insight that he has applied to his projects along the way. I'm excited to see what is to come."

Over his career, Knolle has developed more than 4,000 multifamily units valued at $600 million dollars and completed five years of land acquisition and entitlement work for another prominent multi-family developer. He joined Embrey in 2012 as a senior vice president.

Knolle holds an undergraduate degree in construction science, and a master's degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University. Having worked in fifteen markets and four states across the country, he has deep exposure to various product types, architecture styles, location qualities, and how all of these variables function together in different economies and cycles.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Council of San Antonio and a lifetime member Texas Wildlife Association.
