James Hardie Building Products announced changes in its distribution partnerships for North and South Carolina that will allow for the continued growth of its fiber cement siding and trim business.

Effective October 1, 2018, Boise Greensboro and Weyerhaeuser Charlotte will carry the full range of James Hardie siding, trim and interior products to service North and South Carolina. Effective immediately, Boise Auburn will now service the Greenville area with ColorPlus and prime material.

In conjunction with these changes in the supply chain, James Hardie will end its partnership with Diamond Hill Plywood in Raleigh, Darlington and Greenville effective November 16, 2018. James Hardie wants to thank the Diamond Hill Plywood staff and company for the partnership in servicing these markets.

“With this change in distribution we believe Weyerhaeuser and Boise will provide an exceptional level of support for James Hardie products into the building materials dealers in the Carolinas,” said Josh Miller, regional sales manager of James Hardie Building Products.

The North Carolina and South Carolina distributors will offer the complete line of James Hardie products including HardiePlank lap siding, HardiePanel vertical siding, HardieShingle siding, HardieSoffit panels, and HardieTrim bards. All products are available with ColorPlus Technology for a variety of design options through numerous colors and textures. James Hardie siding products are also backed by one of the strongest warranties in the industry.

The James Hardie product portfolio also includes HardieBacker cement board, the top selling brand of backer board.
