California Drywall’s scope included metal stud framing & drywall.

The Lobby at 353 Sacramento

  • Interior Project of the Year under $500,000

the lobby

First impressions are important. At 353 Sacramento Street, the architect designed a thoughtful entry experience to be a welcoming transition from the sidewalk to the grand double-height 2,931 SF lobby, and from the quiet lounge into the elevator cabs. A series of intersecting and alternating metal reveals and linear light lines, inspired by the building’s existing exterior metal panels, are crafted to weave through the impressive entry experience. California Drywall’s scope included metal stud framing & drywall.

Excellence in Safety Award

WACA’s Excellence in Safety Award recognizes California Drywall for managing an effective safety program for a company with more than 1 million man hours. The company was selected for this award based on its best practices and the high quality of its safety program. This is the third straight year California Drywall has won this award.
