Sound Seal, a manufacturer of noise control products serving the industrial, architectural, commercial and construction industries, announced that they have acquired Flemington, New Jersey based Acoustical & Tackable Surfaces Inc (ATS). ATS is a long time manufacturer and installer of acoustical wall and ceiling panels. The manufacturing of ATS panels will be immediately transitioned to Sound Seal’s world class manufacturing facility in Agawam, Massachusetts.

Scott Randolph, the founder of ATS, will join Sound Seal in the capacity of New Business Development. “ATS has been a strong and independent player in the architectural space for over 20 years”, said Randolph. “It is both satisfying and exciting to now transition this business that I have built from the ground up, to be a part of something bigger.
