The UP Companies Promotes Kyle Renaud to Director of Preconstruction
The UP Companies proudly announces the promotion of Square UP Senior Estimator Kyle Renaud to the position of UPCO Director of Preconstruction.
In his new position, Renaud is responsible for maintaining and leading a team of subject matter experts focused on developing a strong customer base through the assembly of competitive bids and proposals that differentiate The UP Companies and allow it to reach or exceed its sales, revenue and margin goals year over year.
“Kyle is an experienced and passionate construction professional with a proven track record of successfully securing profitable work by providing real value and service to our customers and collaborating with our operations managers to develop productivity measures and job specific means and methods to achieve our mutual goals,” said Brian Arnold, UPCO President. “We knew he would be an ideal candidate for this new and very important leadership role at the company.”
With more than 20 years of experience estimating commercial and residential projects, Renaud was initially hired by Square UP Builders, a division of The UP Companies, in August 2019. As a Senior Estimator, he was responsible for reviewing plans with the customer, developing project estimates, negotiating pricing and discounts with third party subcontractors, consolidating information into proposals for submission to clients and supervising projects.
Renaud has a degree in Public Management from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.
