Stacy Beers, Chief Financial Officer for Pacific InterWest Building Consultants, has been named a Finalist for the 2022 NAHB PWB Member of the Year Award, sponsored by Cornerstone Building Brands.

This award represents the highest level of recognition presented by NAHB’s Professional Women in Building, recognizing an individual for their experience with PWB at the local, state and national levels, demonstrated leadership within the HBA and BIA as well as advancement of PWB, homebuilding and women within the industry.

Beers has held a variety of leadership roles for homebuilders, architects, consultants, developers, suppliers and general contractors, working in the field and in corporate settings. Her vast experience includes operations, finance and accounting, project management, purchasing, contract administration, insurance compliance and human resources. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, a PWB BIA Bay Area board member, a CBIA and NAHB Professional Women in Building Legislative Chair and is one of the Board of Directors for The Building Standards Institute.

Bringing over 33 years of experience to the industry, Beers’ contributions through her career, industry and community involvement are recognized amongst her peers and within the homebuilding community.

The winner was announced during the NAHB’s Professional Women in Building Board of Trustees meeting held at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Monday, Jan. 30, prior to NAHB’s International Builder’s Show.
