TRIO Design Wins Five NAHB The Nationals Awards
The team celebrates their Gold Award for “Best Community Amenity”
TRIO Design won five awards at the National Association of Home Builders’ annual The Nationals Awards Gala Ceremony in conjunction with the International Builders’ Show on January 31. Taking home four Silver Awards and one Gold Award, TRIO received the Gold Award for “Best Community Amenity” within NAHB’s 55+ Housing Awards. The TRIO team shares this achievement with Shea Homes for their Trilogy Sunstone community in Las Vegas.
The Nationals is the industry’s only national awards program honoring excellence in housing for the 55+ housing sector. TRI Design also took home four Silver Awards, one for each of the following categories: “Best 55+ Interior Merchandising,” “Best 55+ Attached Home,” “Best Model Interior Merchandising Priced $800,000 to $1M” and “Best Model Interior Merchandising Priced $500,000 to $600,000.”
