L&W Supply announced that Arely Polanco has been named branch manager of its West Palm Beach, Florida, location.

Polanco joined L&W Supply six years ago as an inside sales associate in Miami. Shortly after, she was promoted to outside sales in 2018 before transferring to the greenfield branch in West Palm Beach. In 2022, Polanco was a recipient of the Florida Atlantic District Top Outside Sales award.

“Arely’s résumé is impressive, but what sticks out to us is how her drive motivates those around her,” said Florida Atlantic District Manager Mitchell Mathews. “We look forward to seeing her competitive spirit elevate the associates and customers of West Palm Beach.”

As branch manager, Polanco will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates and executing branch growth and profitability.
