L&W Supply announced that Timothy Long has been named branch manager of its Greensboro, North Carolina, location.

Long joined L&W Supply through the company’s Delta Gypsum acquisition in 2019 and has over 16 years of experience in the distribution industry. His expertise extends across many positions, including delivery service management and inside sales.

“Tim has a unique perspective as an associate who has experience in all facets of our business,” said Triangle-Triad District Manager Dan Hinkle. “His strong understanding of our values and goals will help him provide exceptional support to our customers in the Triangle-Triad District.”

As branch manager, Long will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates and executing branch growth and profitability.
