EIMA Annual Meeting 2024
March 12-14, Omni Las Colinas Hotel, Irving, Texas
This year, EIMA celebrates its 44th year and what better way to help the association than to join them near Dallas. The 2024 EIMA Annual Meeting will provide industry education, speakers, networking, and more.
The association is thrilled to bring its annual meeting back to Texas and looks forward to many EIFS industry stakeholders attending.
The preliminary agenda will have the first EIMA working group meeting late afternoon on Tuesday, March 12, followed by a Welcome BBQ and Cornhole Tournament. Working Group Meetings will continue throughout the day on Wednesday, followed by the Opening General Session at 4:00 pm. Then the networking begins! The Cocktail Reception will kick things off, followed by the ever-popular Members Dinner and EIFS “Hero Awards” Ceremony.
There will be educational sessions Thursday morning, followed by the Closing General Session. The annual meeting will officially conclude at noon.

BUILD24 (formerly known as INTEX Expo)
March 26-27, Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin, Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute 2024 Annual Expo
May 20-22, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Tucson, Ariz.
The Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute 2024 Annual Expo is designed for architects, builders/contractors and engineers. It is geared toward both skilled cold-formed steel framing professionals as well as newcomers. It will provide opportunities for education and networking as well as an exposition featuring state-of-the-art cold-formed steel framing technologies. Winners of the 2024 CFSEI Design and Distinguished Service Awards will also be announced. The three-day conference is the only one of its kind dedicated to cold-formed steel framing.
The CFSEI Expo is designed for architects, builders/contractors and engineers and is geared toward both skilled cold-formed steel framing professionals and newcomers. PDH credits are available. Expo activities will also include the annual CFSEI meeting and installation of 2024-2025 officers.

National Fire Protection Association Conference & Expo

World of Concrete 2025
January 21-23, 2025, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas
World of Concrete 2024 presented another strong turnout. This signature annual event is for the international concrete, plastering and masonry industries. This show is also a great place to see what new insulation/CI products are introduced, as well as ICFs/SIPs. The show holds the bulk of the Las Vegas Convention Center’s space and is one of the country’s largest trade events.
Among the highlights each year, the Annual SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500 World Championship brings in crowds of spectators. More than 25 bricklaying teams travel from all over North America to Las Vegas to compete for the title of World’s Best Bricklayer.

NAHB International Builders’ Show 2025
February 25-27, 2025, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas
Thousands of home building professionals, contractors, manufacturers and more from around the world filled the exhibit halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center as NAHB hosted the International Builders’ Show this February.
The massive show drew a total of more than 100,000 attendees this year. There are many wall and ceiling contractors and manufacturers in attendance at this event.
Exhibit space for IBS also expanded from last year, and over 1,700 exhibitors displayed the latest in building products and technology. More than 750 new exhibitors were in attendance at the 2024 show.
This year’s show brought out many companies from the industry, including those that represent drywall, trims and molding, steel framing, insulation, ICFs/SIPs, WRBs, waterproofing and rainscreen products, and so much more.
In addition to meeting suppliers and seeing product demos throughout the three-day show, attendees networked with peers and attended any of more than 130 education sessions led by experts on a wide range of industry topics.

This year’s SprayFoam 2024 took place, as planned, as an in-person event in Las Vegas in early March.
This year’s Keynote Speaker was Kevin O’Connor, a nationally recognized home services industry expert. Not only has he been active with the This Old House shows since 2003, he has also hosted shows for Roku, the DIY Network, and The History Channel, as well as Clearstory, a top-ranked podcast. O’Connor is also the author of “The Best of Homes” from This Old House, a book chronicling ten of the show’s finest home transformations and is a member of the editorial board of This Old House magazine.
The association hosted the National Industry Excellence Awards Program at SprayFoam 2024.

TLPCA Annual Convention
The Texas Lathing & Plastering Contractors Association Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held June 11-13. Its 72nd Annual Convention Hotel Galvez, Galveston, Texas.
As in year’s past, the Annual Convention & Trade Show will offer meetings, receptions, golf tournament, an exhibitors trade show, an educational program, an Annual Design Awards Competition, a spouses program, an awards banquet, dinners and night entertainment.

FWCCA Annual Convention and Trade Show
The Florida Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association will hold its 2024 Southeastern Wall & Ceiling Annual Convention and Trade Show at the Omni Resort at ChampionsGate, ChampionsGate, Fla. on July 26-27. This year’s show will feature approximately 100 exhibitors from throughout the nation with many new, as well as returning exhibitors.
The Annual Golf Tournament will take place. There will be prizes, a raffle to benefit the scholarship program full of great golf items, and exhibits on the golf course with member companies giving away great items to all players.
There will be a trade show as in year’s past, which will be followed by the association’s annual Industry Awards Luncheon and presentation on incoming officers and directors. Saturday night’s theme party will be another great event. In conjunction with the other festivities, there will be a silent auction throughout the evening to raise funds for the FWCCA Scholarship Program.
