For over 51 years, R. L. Reppert, Inc. has been a shining example of excellence in the commercial wall and ceiling contracting industry. Thanks to its dedication to quality and service, the company has garnered numerous awards and become the standard for other contractors to aspire to. Leading the charge is Richard Reppert Jr., a second-generation leader who is committed to upholding his family’s legacy and ensuring that every project undertaken by the company surpasses expectations.

Reppert, along with his two sisters, proudly carries on the legacy of their father, Richard Reppert Sr., who founded the company 51 years ago with just four part-time employees. As the president of the company, Richard Jr. upholds the high standards set by his father and works diligently on the daily operations, closely collaborating with project managers and estimators to ensure smooth bidding and execution of projects. He also provides additional support whenever needed, keeping the company running efficiently. After consistently demonstrating his exceptional leadership skills and impressive business acumen, it comes as no surprise that Richard Reppert Jr. has once again — for the third time — secured a spot on Lehigh Valley Business’ prestigious Power List.

“Among the elite group of distinguished leaders in the Lehigh Valley, I am humbled to be recognized with this prestigious award for the third time,” Reppert stated. “Their unwavering determination and remarkable achievements have paved the way for future generations to follow, making our area a hub of trailblazers.”

The company’s impressive 51-year history is adorned with a multitude of prestigious awards and achievements, dating back as far as the late-1980s. Despite the continued growth, the company has managed to maintain a close-knit family atmosphere. At the helm of this family company, now on its second generation, the values and principles that formed its foundation continue to be upheld. Every member of the team, regardless of their position, is valued and treated like family. The company’s goal is to make all employees feel like an integral part of the organization and allow them to achieve great success, both professionally and personally.

R. L. Reppert, Inc. is a family-owned commercial construction business formed by Richard L. Reppert Sr. in 1973. It focuses on large-scale commercial projects, such as hospitals, hotels, schools and assisted living projects. Its scope of work includes metal stud framing, carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceilings, metal composite panels, prefabricated wall systems and much more. Its commitment to merit shop construction ensures that all employees are compensated for their skill level and always receive competitive pay and excellent benefits.
