Metal Construction Association’s Winter Meeting: Where Industry Leaders Collaborate

The Metal Construction Association invites industry professionals to its highly anticipated Winter Meeting at the stunning Westin Cape Coral Resort in Cape Coral, Florida, on Jan. 20-22. The annual gathering offers unparalleled opportunities to connect with industry leaders, gain insights from expert panel discussions and prepare your company for future success.

Key Highlights of the MCA’s 2025 Winter Meeting

  • Informative Panel Discussions with Industry Powerhouses
    Attendees will benefit from three dynamic panels that address key topics shaping the future of metal construction.
    • Sustainability Panel: Discover efforts toward sustainability, decarbonization and consistent messaging from leaders from the MCA, MBMA, NCCA, Aluminum Association, Copper Development Association, U.S. Steel and SDI.
    • Innovation Panel: Explore emerging technologies driving industry growth, from cutting-edge print capabilities to new panel profiles.
    • Insulation, Air Barriers and Fire Panel: Join representatives from the Air Barrier Association of America, Rainscreen Association in North America, Carlisle and others to examine the advantages and alternatives in air/vapor barriers and insulation behind metal products.
  • Keynote Speakers to Inspire and Inform
    This year’s Winter Meeting features two esteemed keynote speakers offering actionable insights.
    • Lisa Ryan, Certified Speaking Professional and founder of Grategy, will present “Manufacturing Engagement: Smart Strategies to Keep Your Top Talent from Becoming Someone Else’s.”
    • Alex Chausovsky, vice president of analytics and consulting at The Bundy Group, will present an economic and labor market update. Chausovsky will provide practical advice to help leaders navigate economic trends and enhance talent strategies.
