Candela joins Building Composites with over 40 years of leadership experience, along with an extensive portfolio in project execution and scope control. He previously held managerial positions within several prominent chemical, energy and construction companies such as Aker Solutions, Mustang Engineering, Marathon Petroleum and most recently, Jedson Engineering, Inc.

His expertise spans various project types and sizes, ranging from maintenance plant expansion to multimillion-dollar projects.
