Westlake Royal Building Products returns as the title sponsor of the National Association of Home Builders National Home Remodeling Month for the fourth consecutive year.
Held annually each May, National Home Remodeling Month is a nationwide campaign that celebrates the remodeling industry, recognizes the expertise of remodeling professionals and highlights the benefits of hiring a professional remodeler.
“These days, more and more homeowners are choosing to stay put and make their current homes work better for how they live now, and remodeling is a great way to do that,” said Steve Booz, vice president of marketing, Westlake Royal Building Products. “It’s not just about fixing things up; it’s about creating spaces that bring more joy, more comfort and more value. Whether it’s opening up a kitchen, making room for a growing family or adopting upgrades with improved environmental sustainability, remodeling helps people love where they live. We’re excited to support this effort for the fourth year in a row and to stand behind the remodelers who are out there making it happen every day.”
As part of the sponsorship, Westlake Royal Building Products will serve as the exclusive sponsor of two featured “Shop Talk” presentations:
• May 8 at 2 p.m. ET - Expanding Horizons: Diversifying Your Remodeling Business for Growth: NAHB’s Remodelers Council hosts a one-hour virtual discussion exploring how remodelers can grow their business by branching into new specialties, targeting different market segments, managing risks and developing new revenue streams, all while maintaining the integrity of their core remodeling business.
• May 15 at 2 p.m. ET – Improved Environmental Sustainability Remodeling Practices: NAHB’s Remodelers Council hosts a one-hour virtual discussion on ways to integrate materials with increased environmental sustainability and improved energy efficiency, and explore other strategies geared at improving sustainable practices in residential remodeling projects.
To further celebrate the month, NAHB released a National Home Remodeling Month Toolkit, offering remodelers tools to promote the industry and value of their work. Homeowners can also access tips on how to choose a professional remodeler, discover the latest design trends and locate qualified professionals in their area.
