Remodelers/renovators in St. Louis Metro East will soon have a smarter way to transform their homes thanks to Spray-Net, the rapidly growing home improvement franchise using science and technology to bring renovation solutions to homeowners.

The company has announced a signed agreement with local entrepreneur, Charles Gunn to bring its renowned painting concept to the Metro East Illinois and Central St. Louis area. Spray-Net stands apart in the $400 billion home improvement industry by combining the science of industrial-grade coatings with the convenience of on-site application. From siding, doors, brick and stucco to kitchen cabinets and even roofs, Spray-Net delivers durable, weather-adjustable, eco-friendly finishes that look like new — often completed in just one day.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Spray-Net and its breakthrough services to property owners across St. Louis Metro East region and surrounding Illinois communities,” said Gunn, a seasoned professional backed by a decade of plant management experience. "The company’s blend of innovation, scalability and customer impact made the decision to grow the business in Illinois and Central St. Louis a no-brainer. We greatly look forward to bringing factory-quality results to local homeowners and redefining the traditional painting process with proprietary systems not found elsewhere.”

With an anticipated debut for this fall, the new business is set to become a game-changer for residents. With expertise in factory-quality finished coatings and a 15-year no-peel warranty, Spray-Net also specializes in refinishing siding, engineered wood, fiber cement, stucco and more.

For over a decade, Spray-Net has delivered impeccable painting results to communities across the United States and Canada. Since its founding, Spray-Net has transformed over 30,000 homes with its smarter, faster, and cost-effective approach. Unlike conventional paints that often chip and peel, Spray-Net delivers a like-new, durable finish on-site, a breakthrough so significant that the company’s founder, Carmelo Marsala, received four patents for paint application processes and chemistry. Homeowners looking for a durable home painting solution now have an option that provides a factory-quality finish without costly replacements.

"Charles has the experience and passion for the company that we look for at Spray-Net, and I couldn’t think of a better person to expand throughout St. Louis Metro East,” said Marsala. “Because of his plan for community giveback coupled with his extensive professional background, I have no doubt he’ll champion our company values to serve residents.”

Spray-Net is actively expanding across the U.S. and is seeking franchise owners who are entrepreneurial, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional home improvement experiences. Ideal franchisees are strong communicators with leadership experience, and a desire to scale a business with high customer impact. With exclusive territories, low overhead, and industry-leading support, Spray-Net offers a compelling opportunity for growth-minded individuals ready to make their mark in the home improvement industry.
