Interior Logic Group announced the sale of its Property Services subsidiary – which supplies replacement flooring and installation services to owners and operators of rental housing (including multifamily, senior living and single family) – to Impact Property Solutions, a portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital. 

The sale strengthens ILG’s financial position and enables the business to focus on its core activities of serving homebuilders in its core markets.
