Kingspan Insulated Panels North America has introduced KingRib Wall insulated metal panels, expanding its wall panel portfolio for commercial and industrial construction. The KingRib 3 and KingRib 5 panels feature trapezoidal ribs spaced at 20 inches and 10 inches on center, respectively, to create a distinctive facade profile.

Panels are available in 2.5-, 4-, 5- and 6-inch thicknesses and deliver thermal performance up to R-7.2 per inch. A foam-to-foam joint is designed to improve energy efficiency and help meet energy code requirements with fewer materials.

KingRib panels can be specified with stucco or smooth finishes in multiple colors for interior and exterior applications. The pre-assembled panels incorporate a self-aligning overlapping joint to streamline sealant application and reduce installation time compared to multi-component wall systems.

Applications include warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, cold storage, automotive plants and data centers.
