Ware Malcomb Architecture Veteran Mike Snyder to Dallas Studio
The company names Mike Snyder Director of Architecture in Dallas, driving studio growth and client delivery.

Ware Malcomb has announced that Mike Snyder has joined the firm’s Dallas office as Director, Architecture. Snyder will oversee studio leadership, business growth, and project delivery while supporting client service initiatives and mentoring architectural staff.
Snyder brings 30 years of architecture experience, including nine years previously spent with Ware Malcomb in its Irvine office. Most recently, he served as an industrial architecture practice leader at a Seattle-based multidisciplinary design firm, where he focused on project strategy, team management, and sector-specific design performance.
“Mike has a proven history of leading high-impact design initiatives across industrial and commercial markets,” said Chris Mavros, principal at Ware Malcomb. “We are excited to welcome him back and look forward to the innovation and strategic perspective he brings to the Dallas team.”
Snyder is a licensed architect in Washington State and has led projects across the West Coast and Southwest U.S. His core practice areas include office facilities, industrial buildings, and tenant improvement (TI) projects, with an emphasis on efficient building program layouts, constructability, and client-driven design outcomes. His role will also support regional market expansion as demand for distribution, light industrial, and commercial workspace design continues to influence regional construction pipelines.
