LCPtracker Adds Setliff to Board
Labor compliance software firm LCPtracker names Kyle Setliff to board amid growth push.

Contractors performing public work face increasing scrutiny on certified payroll, prevailing wage documentation and workforce reporting. Against that backdrop, LCPtracker Inc., a provider of labor compliance and contract compliance software widely used on government-funded construction, has appointed Kyle Setliff to its board of directors.
The company says Setliff will support strategic oversight and long-term growth as demand for digital labor compliance tools expands. For wall and ceiling contractors working on federally and state-funded projects, software platforms like LCPtracker are often central to managing certified payroll submissions, workforce utilization tracking and audit documentation.
Setliff serves as chair of C12 Business Forums, where he advises chief executive officers on leadership development and organizational strategy. He also brings executive leadership experience from overseeing a large John Deere dealership network, as well as involvement in multiple real estate investment ventures.
According to the company, his operational and governance background is expected to strengthen board-level guidance as LCPtracker continues investing in product development and client services. For interior finishes contractors, platform enhancements or policy shifts can directly affect payroll workflows, data reporting accuracy and administrative labor costs.
Mark Douglas, CEO and board chairman, stated that the appointment comes during a period of growth for the company. As public agencies continue tightening enforcement around prevailing wage compliance and workforce transparency, contractors should expect ongoing evolution in reporting requirements—making governance and long-term strategy at compliance software providers a practical concern for firms managing risk on public projects.
