Intellia Launches AI Framework for Construction Firms
Consultancy introduces AI checkpoints, agentic workflows and market signal analysis to help contractors improve marketing performance, identify buyers and streamline sales prospecting.

Intellia, a marketing and growth consultancy serving the construction industry, has introduced an AI framework designed to help contractors integrate artificial intelligence into marketing and sales operations.
The framework combines AI-driven marketing tools, agentic AI workflows and market signal analysis to improve lead generation, prospecting and operational efficiency for residential and commercial construction firms.
For residential contractors, the system includes several AI checkpoints across the marketing funnel. These include AI-enabled multivariant testing for landing pages that can shorten testing cycles and help improve conversion rates.
For commercial contractors, Intellia’s MarketPath methodology incorporates agentic AI into account-based marketing and sales enablement processes. The platform analyzes up to 30 market signals—including buyer behavior, website activity and asset characteristics—to identify in-market prospects and prioritize sales opportunities.
The system is designed to help contractors identify potential projects earlier, condense sales cycles and reduce customer acquisition costs while improving marketing and sales productivity.
