AGC of New Hampshire Honors 2026 Construction Excellence
AGC of NH honored top 2026 projects, contractors and safety leaders during Awards Night, W&C past cover star Optiline named among the winners.

The Associated General Contractors of New Hampshire recognized leading construction projects, contractors and industry professionals during its 2026 Awards Night held May 13 in Manchester, N.H.
More than 100 contractors, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and public officials attended the event, which highlighted project execution, safety performance, innovation and leadership across New Hampshire’s construction sector.
AGC of NH officials also highlighted the organization’s increased industry engagement over the past year, including expanded membership outreach, committee participation and advocacy efforts tied to construction industry issues.
“Tonight is about recognizing the projects and teams that represent the very best of New Hampshire’s construction industry,” said AGC of NH Executive Vice President Alex Koutroubas. “These projects required innovation, coordination, craftsmanship, leadership and problem-solving at the highest level.”
The association additionally recognized members of its board of directors, event sponsors and volunteer judges who evaluated submissions for the 2026 Achievements in Construction program.
Member Appreciation Award
AGC of NH presented its Member Appreciation Award to Art Rose of A.W. Rose Construction for long-term leadership and service to the association and the state’s construction industry.
Rose previously served as AGC of NH president and currently represents the association on the State Building Code Review Board.
National AGC Safety Awards
The event also recognized recipients of the National AGC Safety Awards, which honor contractors demonstrating strong safety performance and jobsite safety programs.
For wall and ceiling contractors, safety recognition programs continue to carry importance as firms face increased scrutiny surrounding fall protection, silica exposure compliance, material handling and workforce retention.
Achievements in Construction Program
The 2026 Achievements in Construction program received 14 submissions representing roadway, infrastructure, vertical construction, redevelopment and specialty contracting work throughout New Hampshire.
Judges selected 10 top-scoring projects, including seven category winners and three finalists.

* Pike Industries — Pease Airport Taxiway ‘A’ North Reconstruction Project, Portsmouth
* PC Construction — Residences at Taylor Pointe Phase 1, Nashua
* Turner Group — Bowers Pond Dam Improvements & Auxiliary Spillway, Nashua
2026 Award Winners
Best Innovative Construction Design
Wallace Building Products earned recognition for Tuscan Building 1300 – Via Tuscan in Salem, N.H.
The 450,000-square-foot mixed-use project incorporated large-scale prefabrication systems and factory-applied material protection technologies intended to improve installation sequencing and reduce exposure-related material risks during construction.
Best Specialty Project
Riverside & Pickering Marine Contractors received honors for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jetty Rehabilitation Project.
The project required complex marine logistics and coastal infrastructure rehabilitation work completed during winter conditions.
Silver Award – Subcontractor Project
Optiline Enterprises was recognized for the Porsche Gen 5 Dealership project in Nashua, N.H.
The subcontractor’s scope included precision framing and coordination work needed to meet Porsche’s international architectural standards and finish requirements.
Gold Award – Subcontractor Project
Metro Walls earned the Gold Award for Subcontractor Project for Baldwin – Reimagining Senior Living in NH in Londonderry, N.H.
The 470,000-square-foot senior living campus required extensive multi-building coordination and high-end interior finishes, reflecting the growing complexity of large-scale multifamily and healthcare-related interiors work.
Best in Building
PROCON earned Best in Building honors for the Lighthouse Credit Union Headquarters project in Dover, N.H.
The project transformed a vacant 100,000-square-foot structure into a modern headquarters featuring major structural modifications and advanced building systems integration.
Overall Best in Construction
Harvey Construction received Overall Best in Construction honors for the $79 million Rockingham County Municipal Building project in Brentwood, N.H.
The 110,000-square-foot facility consolidated county public safety, legal and administrative operations into a single campus designed for long-term public service.
According to AGC of NH, the project incorporated advanced security systems, sustainable design elements and a large-scale solar installation while requiring extensive coordination across the 50-acre site. The project was completed on schedule and within budget.
AGC of NH officials said this year’s winning projects reflected the collaboration, technical execution and craftsmanship shaping New Hampshire’s construction industry.
