ICE Stucco Repair Changes Name to Monterra Stucco

Houston stucco specialist ICE Stucco Repair rebrands as Monterra Stucco with same team.

Houston-area stucco remediation contractor ICE Stucco Repair has officially rebranded as Monterra Stucco, marking a new chapter for the company while maintaining the same ownership, team, service standards and customer commitments.

The rebranding introduces a new name and visual identity, but company leaders emphasize that the business itself remains unchanged.

“Nothing about our ownership, our team, or our warranty has changed,” said Mike Fransen, co-owner of Monterra Stucco. “What has changed is the clarity of our brand. Over time, we realized our former name was creating confusion and distracting from what matters most, helping homeowners protect their investment with repairs done the right way.”

According to the company, the new Monterra Stucco brand better reflects its focus on serving owners of high-value homes who require comprehensive stucco remediation rather than cosmetic repairs.

Homeowners dealing with stucco failure often face conflicting opinions from contractors, unclear repair recommendations and uncertainty about long-term solutions. Monterra Stucco aims to simplify that process by providing detailed assessments, customized repair plans and durable workmanship designed to protect a home's value and appearance.

The company selected the Monterra name to align more closely with the premium properties it serves and the expertise it brings to each project.

“This is the same company and the same people our customers have trusted for years,” Fransen added. “Monterra Stucco simply aligns our name with the quality of our work.”

Company officials noted that existing projects, warranties and service processes will continue without interruption. Ownership and leadership remain the same, and customers can continue using the company's existing phone numbers and service channels.

Based in Houston, Monterra Stucco specializes in diagnosing and repairing stucco failure for residential homeowners throughout the greater Houston area. The company is known for providing clear evaluations, transparent scopes of work and long-lasting remediation solutions.

Formerly operating as ICE Stucco Repair, Monterra Stucco will continue serving homeowners with the same team, standards and commitment to quality workmanship.
