Cornerstone Building Brands has launched its Armacoil contractor-grade steel jobsite coils across its Metal Solutions network in Texas and Florida, expanding access to roll former-ready steel for contractors, fabricators and building material suppliers.

Available through Metal Solutions brands including Mueller, American Building Components, Union Corrugating, Metal Sales and MBCI, Armacoil is designed for contractors and fabricators using portable roll-forming equipment. The product provides a consistent source of steel coil through established distribution channels, helping customers meet project schedules and local demand requirements.

According to Cornerstone Building Brands, Armacoil coils are slit to size for dependable on-site forming and are offered in multiple gauges, widths and more than 30 color options. Standardized manufacturing processes and quality controls are intended to deliver consistent coating performance, surface quality and material integrity across projects.

The company said Armacoil was developed with roll-forming precision in mind, featuring tight slitting tolerances and controlled edge conditions that help reduce rework, scrap and downtime during fabrication. Reinforced packaging is designed to protect coils during transportation, storage and handling, helping preserve appearance and performance through installation.

"Armacoil gives customers a consistent, high-quality jobsite coil product through the channels they already rely on," said Matt Ackley, president of Metal Solutions at Cornerstone Building Brands. "It is performance customers can depend on with access they can count on."

The launch is intended to provide contractors, builders and distributors in Texas and Florida with faster access to steel coil products backed by Cornerstone Building Brands' regional manufacturing and distribution network.
