Lawrence Group has expanded its team with the addition of Permitting Specialists Katelyn Adams and Soraya Hamilton, along with Procurement Coordinator Kimberly Pickett. The three new hires will support the firm's growing project portfolio from its St. Louis headquarters and remote locations.

Adams joins Lawrence Group's retail team as a remote permitting specialist based in San Antonio, Texas. She brings more than six years of project management and coordination experience, most recently serving as a project coordinator for Legacy Restoration. In that role, she reviewed and audited projects, maintained documentation, organized records and helped ensure projects were fully prepared for construction.

She holds a bachelor's degree in apparel, textiles and design with an emphasis in product development and design from the University of Idaho.

Hamilton joins the firm with more than six years of permitting experience. Previously, she worked as a permit technician for CAP Government Inc., supporting municipal and county agencies with building, zoning and engineering permits. Her background also includes project management roles with University Engineering Services and East of Collins Expediting, where she focused on building inspections and right-of-way permitting.

Hamilton earned a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.

As procurement coordinator, Pickett will support project planning and scheduling efforts while managing supplier relationships and coordinating the acquisition of materials and services. Her previous experience includes roles with Working Spaces, Color Art and CI Select, all based in the St. Louis area.

A six-year U.S. Army veteran, Pickett served as a medical supply specialist and received an honorable discharge. She is also an advocate for the American Diabetes Association.

The additions strengthen Lawrence Group's permitting and procurement capabilities as the firm continues to support clients across multiple markets and project types.
