RONPARCO Navigates Delays While Staying Selective
RONPARCO tackles scheduling delays, maintains backlog and focuses on quality plastering work.

At this year's Texas Lathing & Plastering Contractors Association Convention at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas, one challenge dominated the conversation with specialty contractors: keeping projects moving when schedules don't align with reality. For Flavio Ronzani, founder and president of Euless, Texas-based RONPARCO, the biggest hurdle isn't a lack of work—it's the growing disconnect between construction schedules and workforce availability among trades ahead of his crews.
"We are mainly 'fighting' unrealistic scheduling and resulting delays," Ronzani says. "The trades ahead of us lack workers."
Those delays create a ripple effect throughout the construction process, often forcing RONPARCO's teams to constantly adjust their plans. Fortunately, adaptability has become part of the company's culture.
"We must remain flexible and so does our staff," Ronzani explains. "They get 'pushed' around on projects."
Despite those challenges, business remains steady. Ronzani says the company's backlog is right where it needs to be, although delayed project starts can occasionally create cash flow timing concerns.
"Our backlog is where it should be," he says. "The problems with project starts may affect the liquidity from time to time but thankfully that is not a real problem."
The company has also managed to avoid some of the economic disruptions affecting other sectors of the construction industry.
"We are very thankful that our market segment has not been affected by the ups-and-downs of the tariff policy," Ronzani says. "Also, we did not get affected by the immigration policy."
That stability is partly the result of a disciplined business strategy.
"In general, we are quite selective in what we bid and negotiate," he says.
RONPARCO specializes in cement, lime and gypsum plastering, EIFS, adhered thin stone and thin brick veneer systems, along with the associated weather-resistive barriers, flashings and sealants that complete those assemblies. The company also performs CRC framing for suspended plaster soffits, abrasive blasting of concrete substrates and select masonry installations.
Founded by Ronzani and his wife after immigrating to the United States in 1996.
That specialization reflects Ronzani's passion for craftsmanship and technical expertise. Raised in a family involved in acrylic finishes and EIFS manufacturing in Europe, he developed an appreciation for plastering early in life and later built a career that combined technical knowledge, management experience and entrepreneurship.
Today, that focus remains unchanged. Whether tackling modern exterior cladding systems or preserving historic gypsum plaster assemblies, RONPARCO continues to build its reputation on quality workmanship, customer service and long-term relationships. In a market where schedules may shift daily, Ronzani believes flexibility, expertise and selectivity remain the company's strongest assets.
