On Sept. 19, Werner introduced the new Multi-Position Pro with dual-sided leveling. The 5-in-1 ladder works for a variety of uses – as a step ladder, an extension ladder or on a stairway. And now it adjusts to uneven surfaces.

Werner announced an entirely new visual safety system across the company’s climbing portfolio, including all Werner Step Ladders, LEANSAFE Ladders, Extension Ladders and Podium ladders.

On May 24, Werner announced new innovations in step ladder tops and tool storage. These two new products were designed for electricians, commercial contractors and facilities managers who need safe, secure storage that minimizes trips up and down the ladder.

On July 11, WernerCo was recognized by Fast Company for innovation in product development, job site safety initiatives and workplace culture. WernerCo was recognized on the annual list of Best Workplaces for Innovators among notable consumer, technology and financial services brands.

Werner unveiled its new, lighter weight Podium+ ladder and platform that boasts a 300-pound weight capacity.

For the 15th year in a row, Werner is the official sponsor of the NCAA Women’s and Men’s Basketball championships games. As part of the partnership, Werner designed a customized ladder featuring a larger platform and taller guardrails, built specifically for the 2023 champions, that will safely accommodate the taller student athletes and larger shoe sizes.

In support of OSHA’s annual safety initiative, Werner plans to train 50,000 people nationwide and host 300 safety training events.

On Feb. 20, Werner introduced the Multi-Purpose Pro Scaffold, a commercial grade rolling scaffold that allows users to easily connect and stack multiple scaffolds together. It also includes a built-in Plans Table for collaboration when impromptu plans or discussions are needed.

Werner introduced the new high-performance ProForm SP Full Body harness with SwitchPoint technology, an innovative addition to their fall protection product line, on Jan. 23.
