Intertek, a leading provider of quality solutions to industries around the world, has completed the acquisition of Professional Service Industries, Inc., a leading engineering and testing firm providing integrated quality assurance services across a range of disciplines within the construction market. The acquisition recently gained regulatory approval and the transaction was finalized on Nov. 23.
