Roos International Ltd. announced its U.S. distributors for its EnVision Portfolio Collection from NaturDecor & Supply.
The distributors are Architectural Surfaces Inc., of Honolulu; Ark-La-Tex WallSource Inc., of Shreveport, La.; Comwall/Korseal, of DesMoines, Iowa; Duron Paints & Wall Coverings of Baltimore; Fashion Wall Covering, of Cleveland; Wall Resources of Denver; and WallLogic of Renton, Wash. Additional distributors are wanted for other territories.
Trimble announced that it has acquired privately held XYZ Solutions Inc., of Alpharetta, Ga., in an all-cash transaction. XYZ Solutions provides real-time, interactive 3-D intelligence software to manage the spatial aspects of a construction project. The software transforms data from various sources into actionable information that can be used in the decision making process to reduce rework and improve productivity for engineering and construction professionals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
