MFM adds WUI fire rating for Ultra HT roof.

MFM Building Products, a manufacturer of a full envelope of waterproofing and weather barrier products for the building industry, will be celebrating the company’s 65^th Anniversary in 2026. 

MFM Building Products broke ground on a new warehouse expansion project on Aug. 8, which will lead to further expansion in 2025.

MFM Building Products was selected as the 2023 Eastern Ohio Development Alliance Small Manufacturer Excellence Award winner at the EODA Annual Meeting on April 28.

MFM Building Products has recently finished a substantial expansion project that began in February 2021.

The thrust of the expansion project is adding close to 50,000 square feet to the production area and the acquisition of new production equipment to meet the rising demand for orders.
