The company's insulation's Kraft-faced batts install faster with the addition of a special staple-free feature. The Staple-Free Batts are Greenguard Certified for indoor air quality. These eliminate the need to staple the insulation in place by increasing the width of the Kraft facing and the fiberglass itself, creating a friction fit to securely hold the batt in place between studs. The batts are available as R-13 for standard wood framing (16 inch on center) and 8 foot walls. In the near future, additional R-values and lengths to accommodate nine-foot ceilings will be available.
