The opening of the university is made to support the company's North American dealer partners and customers.
The university has been designed to improve the skills and performance in both the sales and service areas. Courses include:
• Sales training
• The sales process
• Product knowledge
• Technical knowledge
• Service training
• Basic service training
• Intermediate service training
• Advanced service training
The first of several sales training courses began in April.
