Graco has announced the Authorized Spray Technology Tour dates in the U.S. this year. In partnership with 3M, Graco will be bringing this for-contractors-only event to southern California. In September, the company was in Orlando meeting with contractors.

Featuring more than 50 industry experts and over 20 demonstration and education booths, the tour offers contractors the opportunity of hands-on experience with the company's line. The two-day event also gives participants the chance to experience a virtual spray center and to learn new techniques in pump and gun repair. In addition, 3M will be on hand with giveaways and demonstration areas.

"Whether you paint, stripe, trim, wash, finish or mark, this is your chance to pull the trigger on every machine we make, kick the tires, ask the questions and get all the information you need before you buy from our distributors," said Contractor Equipment Vice President Dale Johnson.

Both events feature giveaways and prizes including a 2006 Dodge Ram, Tandem Axle Trailers, Graco Exclusive Apple iPod Minis and Graco Sprayers. All contractors who attend get company coupons worth up to $1,000.

The California event will take place on October 12 and 13, in the Los Angeles area.
