The event runs March 22–25 at the Westgate Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, with early field certification exams beginning March 20. Organizers are expanding both training capacity and attendee convenience as demand for qualified spray foam installers continues to grow across commercial and residential markets.

The convention schedule keeps many of its traditional components while adding operational improvements. Certification prep courses and written exams will be available March 22 and 23, along with the ABAA insulation installer certification program, which runs as a two-day training track. Industry education remains a key priority, with entrepreneur-focused business training sessions also scheduled. One significant change is that all breakout sessions will be recorded. Attendees who purchase full convention passes will receive post-event access links, allowing contractors to review technical content and training material after returning to the jobsite.

Language accessibility has also become a major focus. Five sessions will be delivered in Spanish, continuing a program launched last year in response to contractor demand. The convention is also using the Worldly translation platform, allowing attendees to scan a QR code and instantly access real-time translation through their mobile devices or headphones without downloading an app. For contractors managing diverse crews, this type of technology can improve training comprehension and reduce miscommunication during certification education.

Networking and operational efficiency are also being prioritized. The convention will feature a contractor’s breakfast instead of a lunch event, plus lunch service inside the expo hall once the show opens at noon. Organizers are also scheduling the National Industry Excellence Awards as an afternoon reception, allowing attendees to move directly from technical sessions to networking events without downtime.
