The company manufactures the Contour Cutting Machine that uses the improved design, vertical method of cutting. The cutting starts at the top of the block and works its way to the bottom. This method ensures part uniformity and allows three blocks to be cut simultaneously. By using gravity to hold the foam and moving the wires in precise increments in the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) direction simultaneously, the finished product is exact. The machine can cut any 2D shape with easy-to-use software.
