C. Brent Allen, vice president of sales and engineering at South Texas & Lone Star Drywall, Inc., Columbus, Ohio, has been appointed to the Association of Wall and Ceiling Industry’s executive committee as its secretary. His term begins July 1. The company is the past recipient of two Excellence in Construction Quality awards from AWCI. Founded in 1918, AWCI is a non-profit trade association representing 2,000 contractors, suppliers, dealers and manufacturers in the wall and ceiling industry.
