The Xi Plus product line of insulated precast concrete wall systems are custom-made for the exact needs of each project. The enhanced Xi Plus walls feature the additions of Dow Thermax reinforced polyisocyanurate insulation covering rigid foam insulation and a 4-inch insulated footer beam. A 4-inch standard floor slab may be poured equal to the height of the footer beam eliminating the need for an additional screed board. The panels are now available with a built-in insulation value of R-21.3 and can be insulated up to R-42+.

CertainTeed Insulation

Hybrid Insulation System brings together three insulation products to create a cost-effective way to provide a thermally superior, airtight seal around the home. By utilizing CertaSpray Closed Cell Foam Insulation, Optima Blow-In Insulation and MemBrain Smart Vapor Retarder & Air Barrier, it achieves a high R-value, air resistance and moisture control. To install, a flash coat of CertaSpray Closed Cell Foam Insulation is applied and quickly expands in the wall cavity filling openings that may potentially leak air to provide an effective seal. Next, the remainder of the wall cavity is filled with fiberglass-based Optima to prevent gaps and settling. The polyamide MemBrain Smart Vapor Retarder and Air Barrier Film is installed over the Optima, which allows excess moisture to escape, reducing moisture-related problems.

Trus Joist TJ-Insulated products are structural framing materials designed to help builders meet the 2011 Energy Star for Homes standards and 2009 IECC requirements. The products include headers, rim board and corners. They are exclusively distributed by ONETree Distribution and are available in the Northeast United States. The collection features integrated, pre-assembled components, which offer more consistent R-values and reduced thermal bridging than traditional framing methods. The products are pre-assembled to optimize materials and are available in standard sizes to fit 2x6 conventional framing dimensions.

CELLULOSE MATERIAL SOLUTIONS LLC

 ECOCELL batts are environmentally responsible and sustainable products manufactured by Cellulose Material Solutions LLC. An industry first, ECOCELL batts are made from a combination of recycled and renewable fibers, the majority of which is post-consumer recycled newspaper. Manufactured for a tight friction fit, the batts have superior thermal and acoustical properties, are Class-A fire rated and non-irritating. The batts are available in 3.5 and 5.5 inch thicknesses.
