Simonton Partners with This Old House

July 16, 2013

Simonton will contribute $50,000 in retail products (broken into a total of three separate prize packages each $16,666 retail value) offered as part of the giveaway in the August 2013 issue of This Old House magazine. Overall, more than $530,000 worth of prizes will be given away in the massive consumer contest.

“We’re excited to have Simonton Windows return as the exclusive provider of windows for The Great TOH Giveaway,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor of This Old House magazine. “This is a wonderful opportunity for our millions of readers to learn more about Simonton’s low-maintenance replacement windows and have the chance to win a valuable prize package.”

Readers of the August issue of the magazine can scan the magazine pages using the Blippar app (available free at iTunes) in order to enter the contest. People can also visit www.thisoldhouse.com/win to enter online and gain rules and requirements of the contest.

“Simonton is pleased to provide prizes to three lucky winners as part of The Great TOH Giveaway,” said Gary Pember, vice president of marketing for Simonton Windows." The winners will be able to select from any of our energy-efficient replacement windows. We’ll custom-make the products for the specific needs of their home.

“We’re pleased that participation in this contest extends our relationship with This Old House,” Pember continued. “We’ve had Simonton products used in their popular television show in the past and featured on the pages of their magazine. We’re excited to support their efforts by once again serving as the exclusive provider of top-quality windows doors for this contest.”
