Dryvit Systems Inc. wins with Residential Project, 1645 Pacific Ave Falls Church, Va., on March 25, 2015. Last year, the EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) launched a visually-stimulating program, showing the benefits of EIFS located in the United States on a range projects from coast to coast.

This program, titled the Quarterly Project Awards Program, demonstrates the wide range of benefits that exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) offer. The award is presented to Dryvit Systems Inc., for its condominium complex, 1645 Pacific Ave, located in San Francisco, Calif. this quarter.

Using Dryvit’s Outsulation Plus MD System, the 39-unit, 6-story complex was completed in the spring of 2014. The project utilized EIFS to create unique shapes and features, which have gained the attention of many in the San Francisco area.

The design versatility of EIFS is showcased front and center with this BAR Architects designed building. To date, it’s even been compared to everything from the classic days of San Francisco to early 20th Century Paris architecture.

The partnership of this award winning Dryvit Systems Inc. EIFS project also includes Frey Plastering out of Novato, Calif. and Cahill Construction in San Francisco, Calif. 1645 Pacific Ave is worthy of all the acclaim it’s received, showing why it was also awarded “Best New Residential Project” by the San Francisco Chronical.
