Grand Forks, N.D.-based Acme Tools has added the PayPal digital payment platform to its e-commerce website for online customers.
The PayPal platform will provide Acme Tools online customers with the convenient option of checking out simply and securely using their PayPal account on AcmeTools.com whether shopping on a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
“Digital payment technology is at the forefront of the payment space and we realize our new customers, especially millennials, prefer a digital payment option,” said Steve Kuhlman, vice president of corporate operations for Acme Tools. “PayPal's platform simplifies the checkout process and provides a payment option allowing the customer to choose how to pay at checkout.”
PayPal is the most widely used and trusted digital wallet in the world. According to a Forrester Research study earlier this year, PayPal is used over five times more than Visa Checkout and is the preferred online payment brand across all age ranges and both genders.
“PayPal is being added just in time for the busy holiday shopping and shipping season,” said Kuhlman. “PayPal will provide our online customers with a faster checkout experience.”
