Milwaukee Turns Up the Volume

Milwaukee Tool

November 22, 2016

Milwaukee Tool continues to expand its leadership in performance-driven solutions with the introduction of the M18/M12 Wireless Job site Speaker. Without compromise, the new speaker provides unmatched premium quality sound and jobsite durability. It is compatible with both the M18 and M12 Systems, providing added versatility to users on either system.

Designed with six full-range speakers, the new Wireless Job site Speaker is unmatched in clarity of sound, from booming bass to sharp high frequencies, that make it the industry’s loudest and clearest sound system on or off the jobsite.  Paired with a 40W dual-channel digital amplifier, the Speaker produces the loudest volume to fill any jobsite with stereo-quality sound. From up to 100 ft away, users can stream high definition music wirelessly via Bluetooth connection from any electronic device.

Powered by Milwaukee’s revolutionary M18 and M12 REDLITHIUM Batteries, the M18/M12 Wireless Job site Speaker can stream music for up to 16 hours on one charge of an M18 REDLITHIUM Battery or 8.5 hours on an M12 REDLITHIUM Battery and is compatible with both M18 and M12 Systems, now comprised of more than 200 tools. It can also be run off of AC power.

Backed by legendary Milwaukee durability, the new Speaker is designed with a reinforced honeycomb grill, as well as impact resistant side caps and roll cage to protect the internal components and allow it to withstand tough conditions including drops and impacts. With an IP54 rating, the Speaker can also withstand water and debris without sacrificing sound quality.

Weighing less than six pounds, the Speaker is designed with an integrated handle on the right side so it can be transported nearly anywhere. Additional features include an integrated 2.1 Amp USB port for rapid charging most portable electronic devices.

Available in January 2017, the new M18/M12 Wireless Job site Speaker is a true testament to Milwaukee’s focus on the user and investment in technology that pushes what’s possible in power, productivity, and portability.
