Build Group Inc. has purchased the assets of San Jose Construction Co., Inc., and assumed responsibility for completing certain current and all future San Jose Construction projects. Build Group, Inc. has also integrated all of SJC's employees into its organization.

Under terms of the agreement announced today, Build Group will operate Build SJC, a new division of Build Group Inc., in the existing San Jose Construction Corp. office located in Santa Clara, California. With over 60 years of building excellence, San Jose Construction has built a diversified portfolio of projects including high tech corporate campuses, mid-rise office buildings, medical research and educational facilities, hospitality, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, and retail commercial centers throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Monterey Counties.
