Hunter Douglas Architectural announced that Steve Udolph has joined its Architectural Ceilings and Walls division in the role of National Sales Manager.

“Steve’s broad experience in the specialty acoustical products industry gives him a complete understanding of how the business works, as well as deep knowledge of products and applications,” said Ron Rice, General Manager of Hunter Douglas Architectural Ceilings and Walls. “He will accelerate our ability to serve clients and customers and to grow the business, enhancing Hunter Douglas Architectural’s position as a preferred manufacturer of specialty ceiling, wall and acoustical product systems.”

Before joining Hunter Douglas, Uldolph worked for 15 years at an Ohio-based manufacturer of acoustical wall and ceiling products, serving as both a regional sales manager and as the company’s national marketing manager. Over that period, he worked closely with independent sales representatives, distributors and contractors to obtain product specifications and grow the business. He also led the company’s outreach and promotional efforts, including the development of website content, AIA CES courses, print and online advertising, trade shows, and sampling programs.

Uldolph graduated from Ohio State University with two bachelor's degrees: one in marketing with a sales emphasis, and another in Management Information Systems. He and his wife of 11 years, Meredith, have relocated from Columbus, Ohio, to Atlanta with their one-year-old twins, Wyatt and Sullivan.
