More than 70,000 housing industry professionals are expected to descend upon Orlando, Fla., next week for the 2018 National Association of Home Builders International Builders' Show (IBS), the largest annual light construction trade show in the world.

IBS will return to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., Jan. 9-11 where it will again co-locate with the National Kitchen and Bath Association's Kitchen and Bath Industry for the 5th annual Design and Construction Week.

The show will feature an impressive exhibit floor with more than 1,500 exhibitors spanning more than 580,000 square feet of exhibit space, representing top housing-related companies from across the world. In addition to the show floor exhibits, IBS will also showcase a number of homes in the IBS Outdoor Exhibits. The co-location with KBIS will include another 700 exhibitors and 420,000 square feet of exhibit space that registered IBS attendees will have access to as well. The combined shows will fill the entire OCCC and expand into the parking lots.

Show attendees will also have access to more than 140 education sessions led by renowned experts on a wide range of industry topics. Other opportunities for learning include special show floor product demos, the High Performance Building Zone featuring a series of interactive sessions on sustainable technologies and IBS Live sessions focusing on what's next in home building.

Other highlights of the show include a keynote address from four-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, Terry Bradshaw, and the IBS Spike Closing Concert where attendees will close out the week by enjoying a performance of greatest hits from legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band, Chicago.

The NAHB International Builders' Show is not open to the general public. Building industry professionals and their affiliates are invited to register by visiting the show's website at www.BuildersShow.com, or on-site at the convention center.
