PABCO Gypsum announced the launch of its new website that more completely integrates the company’s product offering—including QuietRock—into a single website experience. The combined site will make it easier for dealers, contractors and architects to find information for both product lines. In addition, the new site offers several user-friendly features and is more robust than the current site.

“All of these enhancements have been incorporated to provide an exceptional user experience and make it simple for users to access the information needed,” said Phil Bonnell, president of PABCO Building Products LLC.

With the integration of QuietRock into the PABCO website, there is a dedicated QuietRock section on the new site to make the transition easier for visitors used to going to the QuietRock website.

“Since acquiring QuietRock 10 years ago, it was time to merge the two sites into one,” Bonnell said. “As a specialty sound reducing drywall, the QuietRock brand adds to the drywall offerings PABCO Gypsum provides, so it’s a natural addition to the PABCO site.”

With its many filtering and categorization options, the new site is also easier to use. This includes products that can be filtered by application, projects that can be viewed by industry and an FAQ section categorized by subject so visitors can quickly get the answers they need. A special section targeted to contractors and separately for architects is also available.

Beyond ease of use, the site is more robust, with several new and expanded offerings, including a new sustainability section, video gallery and newsroom highlighting recent news and articles.

Visitors will also find an expanded resource section featuring documents, a project showcase, FAQs, videos, a learning center and more. Among the tools is a submittal creator where contractors can easily build a complete submittal package with just a few clicks. Another resource is the sound assembly tool, where architects can select their project requirements and quickly get the summary test reports that best meet their needs.

“We’re confident that this new website will live up to our reputation and focus on building long-lasting and meaningful relationships with our customers,” Bonnell said.
