Ware Malcomb announced April 13 the addition of two experienced professionals to supplement the growth of its growing Nashville, Tennessee, office. Bill Gallagher has joined the firm as studio manager of architecture and Rebecca Moore has joined the firm as studio manager of interior architecture and design.

“We are pleased to welcome Rebecca and Bill to head our core practice areas as we continue to expand in Tennessee,” said Greg Spon, regional director for Ware Malcomb. “These accomplished individuals each possess extensive industry knowledge and significant regional project experience, and we look forward to their leadership and contributions to the firm.”

As studio manager of architecture, Gallagher will be responsible for business development, staff mentorship and operations for the Nashville Architecture group. Gallagher brings more than 22 years of architecture and design experience, highlighted by strong management, technical architectural knowledge and client development skills. He previously led a growing office for another firm focused on client development, staff recruitment, mentorship and support for national accounts. His resume includes commercial, retail, industrial planning, design and construction projects. Gallagher earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Memphis. Gallagher is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks and the Urban Land Institute.

As studio manager of interior architecture and design, Moore is an integral member of the leadership team focused on the success of the Nashville office. Moore will be responsible for expanding market share and developing the interiors team for the office while partnering with the firm’s other Southeast regional offices. She brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, with an extensive background managing corporate, education, aviation, public safety and government projects. Previously, she was a senior associate and commercial design leader at another local firm. Moore graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and has earned NCIDQ certification. Moore is a member of ULI and the International Interior Design Association.

Ware Malcomb opened its Nashville office in April 2022. The firm has been working with clients across Tennessee for more than nine years, including retail, office and industrial projects. The Nashville office builds upon Ware Malcomb’s rapidly growing Southeast region, with offices in Atlanta and Miami.
