Rainscreen Self-adhered is the company’s newest version of installer friendly WRB/AB materials. The product combines the WRB and air barrier functions of a fully adhered, primer less, vapor permeable sheet material with a built in drainage cavity for an all-inclusive installation. The product is available in either a 3 or a 7 millimeter depth drainage mesh, in widths of 29½-inch with a 2-inch selvedge. The mesh detaches easily for shingle fashion method integration of window flashing, pipe and conduit penetration sealing. It is suitable for many types of cladding components and provides the necessary drainage and ventilation functions required for today’s energy efficient structures.
